Obituary of Ola Phyllis Hallman

Ola Phyllis Hallman, 72, of Lancaster, South Carolina passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020. She was born on February 20, 1948 in Columbia , SC to the late George Hallman and Ola Mae Lorick Hallman.

After the death of her mother, Phyllis was cared for by Jack and Elizabeth "Lib" Kaminer Bouknight for 27 years until their health would no longer allow. She then went to live in group homes under the care of Lancaster Disabilities and Special Needs Board.

Phyllis is survived by a sister, Nadine Hallman Cantey (John); cousins, Tony Bouknight (Diane) and Hulda Lorick Ellisor (Mike).

A graveside service will be held 11:00am on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens in Columbia, SC.

The family would like to thank Lancaster Disabilities and Special Needs staff for their care, love and support given during the last 12 years.
