Obituary of Earl Delly

Earl Delly, 81, of Winnsboro, SC passed away September 30, 2019 at William Dorn VA Hospital. He was born on September 15, 1938 to the late Robert Delly Sr. and Bertha Delly. He served in the United State Army and served a tour in South Korea.

Earl is survived by his sisters, Joan D Conner of Columbia, SC and Bertha D. Brown of Ridgeway, SC (Lake Wateree), and a host of nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Delly Sr. and his mother, Bertha Delly; sisters, Authurhetta Youngblood, Margaret Delly and brother, Robert Delly Jr. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, woundedwarriorsproject.org. 

The family will receive friends for a visitation at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 6:00 until 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, with burial following at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
