Sue and Bob are two of our favorite people. Super friends. So very sorry for Sue and the Barnett Family. Bob was always quick with a joke, had a great laugh that you could hear for a mile. Bob loved Sue, his kids and grandkids, and of course golf.
Bob was also a veteran who had served his country with honor.
We love you Bob and know we will see you in heaven.
Love, Angie and Red Logan, McBee, SC

Served with Bob for a number of years. He kept the troops laughing but got the job done. Glad he had so many years of golfing on earth before went to the big cloud course in heaven. Rest In Peace CPT.

I was of the Saydel class of '65. Bob was one of the happiest guys with a
big smile for everyone. He was Saydel's first male cheerleader. We
cheerleaders had a blast teaching him the routines.
Sincerely sorry for Bob's wife and extended family.

We met Bob on the golf course and that was the start of an amazing friendship. Bob was like a brother to my husband and when Inman developed Brain Cancer Bob and Sue were always there for us. No matter what we needed. I know they ate playing golf right now❤️ Nancy Smith

Floyd Barnett Sue, I'm so very sorry to hear this about one of my very favorite cousins. I was so hopeful and looking forward to seeing Bob at the Year of the Cousins reunion July 4th 2020. We will all have to hold a special remembrance for him now and next year.

Floyd Barnett I hit the wrong key before I finished my last comment. I love each and every one of my many wonderful cousins but Bob and I seemed to have a special relationship that clicked between us. Unfortunately because of the great distance we lived apart we did not get to see each other that much, but I so very much looked forward to our seeing each other at the Barnett year of the cousins every five years. It was ALWAYS GREAT! Bob will be very much missed but very much remembered by me and so many others. He was one of a kind. The Bobby Dale kind. LOVE YOU COUSIN. Cousin Floyd. Take care Sue and I look forward to seeing you again.

Sorry to hear this sad news. Bob was always a vibrant force of life whenever I saw him, mostly at family reunions down at the Barnett valley (now Wilson Garden) area southeast of Knoxville, Iowa. I grew up knowing him as Bobby Dale, to distinguish him from Bobby Wayne (Wilson)
