I'll never forget watching the Clemson at S. Carolina football game at Jack's house in 1987 and being the only tiger fan there at the time, the good-natured and thorough ribbing that i was given. Jack was very fun to be around.

Linda,
I'm was shocked to hear of Jack's passing. He will be missed by so many people. He never failed to put a smile on my face when I was with him. I can't thank you and Jack enough for the support you provided me at Chapin and Newberry. I know Jack was at home at the baseball field. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. May you find peace during this difficult time.

Coach Parker was the best baseball coach I ever had and a life mentor. From teaching teenage boys in the 1980’s about baseball to being a man I would call as I decided to enter into the craft of Masonic Order. His life made a difference to many who are now parents or even grandparents themselves. Love him.

Linda and family,
So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I really miss seeing you two, my folks, and all of the baseball parents in the stands at games. He could always make me laugh at something he said. I only hit 2 home runs in high school and it was because Jack worked with me that week. Really sorry for you loss but he is fondly remembered and helped more people than he probably knew.

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I've know him many years and we exchanged many "tales" of our days in the Marine Corps as well as the coin machine business. May he rest in eternal peace.
