Obituary of Deborah Ann Reese

Deborah Ann Reese, 69 years old, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019.  She was born March 16, 1949 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late William McCaston and Peggy McCaston. 

In addition to her parents, Deborah was predeceased in death by her husband, Henry E. Reese; her grandson, Brandon Burr; and her brothers, Bubba and Keith McCaston; and her best friend Diane O’Neil.

Mrs. Reese is survived by her children, James Burgess and Pam Hixon (Chris), granddaughters, Amber Miles and Kori Burgess; her brother, Butch Wilson (Linda); and her sister, Billie Elmore; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Reese was a loving mother, wife and “mema”, and will be dearly missed by her family, friends and anyone who had the chance to know her. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 22 from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm at Thompson Funeral Home, 200 State Street, West Columbia SC with burial to follow at 3pm at Celestial Memorial Gardens, 3111 Delree St, West Columbia
