Obituary of John Brogdon

John Brogdon, 80, of Columbia, SC passed away December 28, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, SC. He was born on November 18, 1938 in Hardeeville, SC to the late Henry Carison Brogdon and Bertha Mae Brogdon.

John is survived by his brothers; Henry Carison Brogdon, Jr., David (Lola) Brogdon; nephews, and nieces, Henry (Cindy) Brogdon, Steve (Betty) Brogdon, Lisa (Ron) Watts, Carol Brogdon, Tommy Brogdon, David Brogdon, Maude Brogdon, Robert Brogdon, Michael Brogdon, and Becca Brogdon; great nephews and great nieces, Tina Brogdon, John Ulness, Bryan Ulness, Brandon (Angel) Watts, Clington Brogdon, and Cierra Brogdon.

The family will receive friends for a visitation at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Doyle Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
