I will always remember how kind your father was to everyone and he had a very funny sense of humor. Jim will be missed on Grosse Point Drive.

Rob and I were so sorry to learn of Jim's death. He and Nancy were wonderful neighbors for so very many years, and we dearly loved visiting with Jim on his many walks up and down Grosse Point. He was such fun, funny, interesting and always made us laugh. It was always a pleasure to join him for an afternoon drink! He and Nancy were an inspiration to us, and we loved having him share his family cookbook of Nancy's favorite dishes...I've used it often. We'll miss knowing he's at home even if no longer out and about, but are so glad he is comfortable at last and with his beloved Nancy. Our love and regrets to Jimmy, Missy and Mindy, and all the extended family. He was so proud of you all, even if he didn't tell you often enough!
With love, Rob & Janet

I am deeply sorry for your loss. May the god of comfort be with your family during this time. Revelation 21:3;4 foretells of a future time when death will be no more and we will be reunited with our loved ones. Your family will be in my prayers.
