Obituary of Sharron Shannon Harriss

Sharron Shannon Harriss, 56, of Gaston, South Carolina passed away November 23, 2018 at home. She was born on December 21, 1961 in Columbia, South Carolina to Otis Shannon and Regina Morin.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Betty Showalter.

Sharron is survived by her daughter, Denise Nealy (Jeremy); her sons, Christopher Pressley (Jennifer) and James Pressley and her grandchildren; Bryan, Allison, Abigail, Hailey, Caitlyn, Ted, III, Christopher, Jr., Monroe and Elizabeth. Also surviving are her siblings; Arnie Elizabeth Bunnell, Linda Page (Steve),   Wayne Morin (Doug), Todd Shannon, Pete Shannon, Timothy Shannon and Lori Shannon, and step-father, Joseph Morin. Also, William Thornburg, her significant other.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Swansea Church of God, 891 St. Matthews Road. Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia is assisting the family.
