Obituary of Eula Mae Shealy

Eula Mae Shealy, 91, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed away October 6, 2018 in West Columbia. She was born on October 26, 1926 in Greeleyville, South Carolina to Thomas and Pauline Browder Vining.

Eula is survived by her daughter, Sandra Shealy Wiley (James); grandchildren, Shannon Renee' Shealy-Blume (Travis), Andrew Lyn Shealy (Tina), Carolyn Elizabeth Wiley, Angela Christine Jacklin, Matthew David Wiley (Leah); great grandchildren, Skyler Thomas Blume, Marlin Andrew Blume, Marilyn Grace Blume, Brett Jacob Jacklin, Wyatt Wilson Jacklin, Caleb Thomas Shealy, Drew Henry Shealy, Anna Page Shealy; and sister in law, Betty Vining.  She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Shealy; daughter, Brenda Shealy; sons, Harold Thomas "Tommy" Shealy, Sammy Shealy; brothers, Robert Vining, Ernest Vining, Rudolph Vining; and sisters, Eleanor Spires and Betty Jo Douglas; and daughter-in-law, Marilyn Gunnells Shealy.

The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home in Lexington on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be at Congaree Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.  Interment will be in Congaree Baptist Church Cemetery.
