Obituary of Edward Earl Owens

Edward Earl Owens, of Cayce, entered into eternal rest on August 10, 2018 at National Health Care of Lexington. Ed was born in Alexandria, VA at home on July 2, 1933 to the late Edward and Viola Williams Owens.  He had two sisters, and one brother, and he was the baby in the family. Ed attended George Washington High School.  He and his wife Barbara met in High School, and married 5 years later and have been married 65 years. They had three children, Steve Owens (Mickey) and Sheridan Owens Perry (David); he has 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one daughter, Sandra Leigh that died at 4 days old.

Service for Ed will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at All Saints Episcopal Church 1001 12th Street, Cayce SC 29033 at 6:30 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. till time of Service.

Burial will be held private by the family.
