Dianne McGauley

Obituary of Dianne Adelle McGauley

Dianne met all things in life with acceptance and compassion, learned to love even though she couldn’t understand, and lived life in precisely the way she wanted to. Dianne was an aimless light, traveling often, but always ending up in all of the lives she was meant; doing nothing but loving those people wholeheartedly.

She is survived by her husband, Michael, of 24 years; one brother and sister in law; two daughters; one son in law; one daughter in law; six grandchildren and an abundance of people, each of which were lucky enough to know her, call her friend, or luckiest of all, call her family. Most importantly, she is survived by her five true children, who take the form of two cats and three dogs.

Her absence will be a wound never to close, but her memory a light never to dim.

There will be a memorial service held for her at Fort Jackson National Cemetery on Friday, August 17th, 2018 at 2 p.m. Following the memorial service there will be a gathering to celebrate her life at her home located at 172 Bonhill Drive in Cayce, South Carolina 29033 at 4 p.m.
