Obituary of Nicholas Gilbert Povrzenich, Jr.

Gaston—Nicholas G. Povrzenich, Jr. entered into enteral rest on Monday, July 2, 2018. Nicholas was born December 27, 1951 to the late Nicholas G. Povrzenich, Sr. and Lois V. Bodgan Povrzenich.

Nicholas is survived by his sisters; Kathy D. Corley (Blair) and Paula J. Bodgan (Bob Brooks); brother, John P. Povrzenich; daughter, Melissa Povrzenich; step daughters, Viola Breavers (Charles), Julie Stephens, Wendy Brynum, Kathy Kelly and Amy Carroll; step son, John Kelly; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and great niece and nephews.

Nicholas was predeceased by his wife, Julie Povrzenich.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 10 am at Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family.
