Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Zimms

Lexington—Elizabeth Ann Zimms, 62, of Lexington wife of Clifford Zimms, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018. She was born on January 13, 1956 in Amityville, NY to the late Richard Joseph Reid Jr. and Agnes Ann Meyn Reid. She was a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, cousin and aunt.

In addition to her husband of 30 years she  is survived by one son, Christopher Zimms, fiancée Heather; one daughter, Carey Joel (Chad); one sister, Peg Carlson; three grandchildren, Logan, Ashley and Jenna. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kaylin Zimms and a niece, Emily Carlson.

The family will receive friends from 6PM until 8PM on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2PM on Saturday, July 7, 2018 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.
