Obituary of Joyce Chase

Joyce Chase, 66, of Gilbert SC passed away Thursday, April 19th. She was born March 29th, 1952 in Redbank, SC to William and Vernell Murphy, and later adopted by Hubert and Viola Bryant.

Joyce is survived by her loving family, husband of 47 years,  Danny Chase; three daughters,  Amanda and David Goldsberry of Leesville SC, Jennifer and Jake Holmes of Charleston SC, Danyell and Michael Keisler of Pikeville  KY; ten grandchildren; one sister, Jeanette Baggott (Jerry) of West Columbia SC; and one brother, Gary Jackson  (Linda) of Hemingway TX.  She was predeceased by three sisters, Barbara Reed, Hazel Medlin, Josephine Lowman; and three brothers, William Koon, Bobby Murphy, and Douglas Murphy.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 - 2:45 p.m. on Monday, April 23rd at Convent Baptist Church in Leesville SC, with the funeral service starting at 3 p.m. Burial will be held in Celestial Memorial Gardens.
