Obituary of Steven Erwin Selman

Lexington—Steven Erwin Selman, 69, of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away February 25, 2018 at his home in Lexington. He was born on May 8, 1948 in Foley, Florida to Franklin L. and Mildred Stewman Selman. Steven is survived by his wife of 47 years, Susan; daughter, Kimberly Brown; son, Steven Charles Selman (Andrea); brothers, Frank Selman (Sandra) and Robert Selman; sister Vivian King (Aubrey); grandchildren, Mildred Grace Brown, Steven Charles Selman, Jr. and Stanford Clarke Selman; and nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, 200 State Street, West Columbia on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 10:00 AM with the Rev. John Culp officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
